SYNOPSIS: Set entirely on Brooklyn Bridge, high above the bustle of the city, this one act musical explores time, change and the choices that shape, the lives of five very different people whose paths cross in the most unlikely of ways.
Suspended between who they were, and what they might become, From Up Here, written intentionally with no back stories, and very little to go on besides what each decides to share (as strangers often do), through the lyrics of the songs, the five strangers bare a piece of their souls while providing a bit of insight as to the place they each hold in this world.
With a finely written book and a vibrant, beautiful, and often witty musical score, From Up Here is an unforgettable musical and one which dares to ask the questions, “what makes like worth living”?.
