In 2016, our trip to NY found our teen and adult students taking
a class with a cast member of the smash hit, "Something Rotten",
where they all learned the music and choreography to the
opening number. That evening, they then went to see the show,
where they not only saw the musical number they had learned,
but also the cast member onstage in character.
They had a blast!

This Off-Broadway hit, starring Chris Hester and Georgia Rogers Farmers, with a combo band onstage, was a beautiful story about Jen and the two Johns in her life (first her brother, then the son she names after him). It was funny, poignant, and audiences loved it. The video features one of the songs from the show sung by Chris and Georgia.
We have such wonderful adult students in our classes. They range from 20 to 75 years old and they work together beautifully, not only in classes, but in their full performance showcases.

Here is a slideshow with some of our favorite mainstage productions spanning 25 years.
