Rental
Our 70 seat black box theatre is available for rental, based on availablity.
Possible uses: Meetings, seminars, classes, photographers, filmmakers, theatrical productions *,
art exhibitions, and other events.
Basic Rates:
Hourly rate for 1-3 hours is $40
A half-day rental (4 hours) is $150
A full-day rental (8 hours) is $225
Extended rental rates available upon negotiation and request, some rates will be variable based on amenities and equipment that is needed and used.
* Those using the theatre for productions will enjoy a different rate structure based on the amount of time the space is used for rehearsals, tech week, and shows. Overall the budgetary needs of producing organization will be taken into consideration.
